The shop specialises in meat from pedigree rare and traditional breeds and is the only accredited rare breeds butcher in Herefordshire. As well as our own traditional Herefords and ultra free range chicken, we source from local farms and every carcase is certified with a full provenance. We make our own pies, pastries and ready meals with natural ingredients and no additives. Our delicatessen also stocks a wide range of English cheeses and organic dairy products.
