printing shopping lists
I'm having a problem with printing a shopping list that is more than one
page. The second page is blank. I don't think it is a problem with my
printer as it seems to be ok with everything else. Is there a special
printing preference I should use?

Re: printing shopping lists
Rhian, there are no special printing preferences for ShoppingPlanner; we
have been unable to replicate this problem and it's very difficult to
diagnose such problems at a distance. Wish we could, but I don't think
we can help very much on this one. Regards, Paul

Re: printing shopping lists
Just to say that I have had this problem too. I also think that there
needs to be an easier way to print the planner as has been mentioned
before.

Re: printing shopping lists
Do you recall what you did to resolve this problem and enable you to
print the shopping list? It might give us a clue as to what the issue
might be for Rhian.

Re: printing shopping lists
I didn't manage to resolve it, the only way I could print the end of my
list was by deleting off the items that had already printed so that the
later items appeared on the first page, and could effectively be printed
off as a new list.
The second page printed with the website header and footer but with
nothing on it, header says "shopping planner page 1 of 2" so it's
definitely not a printer problem.

Re: printing shopping lists
Our machines are mostly XP Pro and IE7; we don't have this issue and
can't replicate. What printer are you using? Regards, Paul

Re: printing shopping lists
Did this get fixed? I am using XP and IE7, printing to a canon mp210
via wireless server, and only one page prints. The second page gives
browser footer and header but that's it.

Re: printing shopping lists
I too have this problem as mentioned above running IE7 and printing on
an Epson. The only way I can use the service is by copying and pasting
it into a word doc.
