If using the (each) in ingredients ...
Hi
Please help, I loved how this site works but there is one reoccuring
issue that seems to keep coming up.
If an ingredients has been added with type as each i.e. for a sausage
hot pot i need 12 sausages, when it calculates the list it shows a
different figure to 12. If it has 4 wholemeal rolls it calculates the 1.
Is there something I am doing wrong, as if I send my husband out for the
weekly shop he comes back with the wrong quantities.

Could be that if a recipe requires 12 each of an ingredient, but is for
say, four people, then if you add the recipe to the meal plan but for
only two people/ servings, then all the ingredients will be reduced
pro-rata, and the 12 quantity in this example will be reduced to six.
